Wessex Archery Coaching – Refund Policy

At Wessex Archery Coaching, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can continue to deliver high-quality coaching and events.

Cancellations and Refunds

• 28 days or more before the event: A full refund will be issued, minus any transaction or processing fees.

• Between 14 and 27 days before the event: A 75% refund will be issued.

• Between 26 and 14 days before the event: A 50% refund will be issued.

• Between 13 and 7 days before the event: A 25% refund will be issued

• 6 days and fewer: No refund will be given

Additional Information

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance on the day of the event.

• In the unlikely event that Wessex Archery Coaching has to cancel an event, a full refund (including any transaction fees) will be issued, or participants may choose to transfer their booking to a future date.
